This social device enables us to pool our money so the few who require financial help when suffering a covered loss will get paid quickly and fairly without being squeezed or delayed.

For a year and a half, the press has attacked the Colorado Supreme Court repeating mere allegations to try to find a scandal.

Not in Colorado. Here, courts have not said insurance companies have to pay what they admit they owe. They can squeeze you as leverage to settle your claim for less than your policy limits.
